Mint Cilantro Watermelon Salad

- 3 cups watermelon 1-2 bite size
- 5 tbsp feta cheese crumbled
- ½ red onion thinly sliced
- ½ lemon juiced
- small bushel cilantro chopped
- 1-2 sprig mint
- 1 green onion chopped, for garnish
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Combine ingredients in a large salad bowl.
Juice lemon over watermelon and other toppings, drizzle olive oil.
Mix well. Serve and enjoy!
