Simple Satay Peanut Sauce

Simple Satay Peanut Sauce
Home Cooked Feast for all!

The simplest satay peanut sauce around!

This is a simple and quick dipping sauce for your #homecooked vietnamese salad rolls, or as a thicker, spicy dipping sauce for spring rolls or deep fried dumplings. It’s so good, I’ve even eaten this on rice crackers (ok, just once).

This is by no means a traditional recipe, but it’s simple, easy and it works!

Initially wasn’t planning on doing a full post for just sauce, but realized, actually that this is a very simple mixture I have used often for, not only dipping sauces, but also simple sauces for grilling meat as well. Works great in combination with coconut milk for marinades, or directly on any grilled meat.

It’s simple and straightforward. That’s why we call it simple satay peanut sauce.

Feeling unconventional? Substitute this sauce for the final BBQ sauce on these ribs or wings and serve with a side of rice!

Notes:

Just don’t make it with caramel peanut butter and it will be absolutely delicious (I know from experience)!
