Equipment

  • BBQ or broiler

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground pork
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped red onion
  • 2 thai chili finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemongrass
  • 1-2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 shakes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • tsp ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp cilantro finely chopped, optional
  • 1 egg for stickiness, optional

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F or BBQ grill to medium-high 400°F
  • Combine all ingredients into a medium-large mixing bowl.
  • Mix thoroughly until all components are satisfactorily mixed.
  • On a plate or a cooking tray, roll out meatballs into whatever size you want...rounder balls will take longer to cook, that's the only variable in there! Patties are good too :)

Over/Broiler - 400°F/204°C

  • Place well-spaced baking tray in pre-heated oven and bake at 400°F/204°C for 15-18 minutes.
  • If desired, flip or roll meatballs halfway through. Makes a nicer, rounder shape...or don't. After all, this is #homecooked however you like it!
  • Meatballs are done once they reach internal temperature of 160°F/71°C.
